A message from our Chairman.
Assalamu Alaikum. It gives me great pleasure to introduce MAWA SHIPPING LINES, a Sister Concern of MAWA GROUP, established with the vision of developing a professional, reliable and service focused shipping agency in Bangladesh.
MAWA GROUP has been involved in port, cargo handling and marine related activities for more than a decade — including loading and unloading of BCIC urea fertilizer, handling raw materials and products of Bashundhara Group, and supporting vessel and cargo related operations at Chattogram Port. MAWA GROUP also holds a Stevedoring Licence for Payra Port.
Our strategic objective is to connect Bangladesh with the wider regional maritime network, with particular attention to Singapore as a major maritime and business hub in Southeast Asia, while working closely with established shipping agencies, NVOCCs, freight forwarders and logistics companies in Bangladesh.
